Ruben worked on-site in the Netherlands at Little Chicken Game Company for a year and was in charge of all sound design creation and implementation for in-game audio. He made sure the sound design fit into the world and handled overview and communication with external parties for voice over recordings and music. He also implemented the interactive in-game music systems for Blaze Revolutions.
Blaze Revolutions is a base building and real time strategy (RTS) game centered around the green revolution. It uses the industrial power of Hemp and it’s mind altering counterpart to build a sustainable empire. The game is set in the near future where people are part of a totalitarian, digitized and polluted world. A world in which the giant SomaCorp rule supreme on the basis of drone jobs and fake news.
